REQUESTS: To request a donation, please complete the form below. Donations must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance. Requests sent within a shorter time frame will not be acknowledged.

NOT APPROVED: Please note we are unable to respond to every request due to the volume that we receive. If an email is not received prior to your event, your request has not been approved.

APPROVED: If approved, you will receive an email prior to your event outlining what products or hampers have been approved and which Friday you are expected to collect your donation.

COLLECTION: You MUST collect your request on the date and between the times specified in your approval email. Collection will not be facilitated for your request outside of this.
