The right bra for: C/D cup runners who want high support and no frills

So Lululemon decided to change that with the Speed Up—a stripped-down, high-support bra for larger cup sizes, with none of the unessentials to get in your way.
Support in the Speed Up
Instead of using wires and removable pads, the Speed Up bra has molded foam cups to streamline the jobs of both. The sturdy foam mold provides structure for the bra that parallels underwire support, without the poking and prodding. And the cups have all the padding you need built in, so you won’t be digging for removable inserts at the bottom of your washing machine. Lulu wraps it all up in two materials: Lycra and Luxtreme (Lulu’s four-way-stretch and sweat-wicking fabric). Luxtreme gives the bra a smooth, chafe-free fit, and the added Lyrca Fibre helps the bra retain its shape. This combo means you’ve got a bra that will feel super comfy for many long runs and track workouts to come.
Simple Long-Run Comfort
A classic racerback design means there’s no hassle with criss-crossing straps and nothing extra to adjust. The straps have additional padding to keep your shoulders comfy, and the back panel that sits between them is made of a breathable, lightweight mesh. This means your sweat ventilates quickly so you stay cool.
Test Impressions
Our testers had two favorite things about the Speed Up: its stylish simplicity and high level of support. The bra provided exceptional support for C and D cup testers, who also appreciated the bra’s classic, tried-and-true racerback silhouette.
