Adding in some kefir—a fermented yogurt drink with 15 to 20 times the probiotics found in yogurt—keeps your immune system in tip-top shape.

1 cup watermelon chunks, frozen
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup Kefir
4 fresh mint leaves

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

This sweet fall-flavored drink contains fiber-packed pumpkin to help to keep you full and curb snacking. (Did you know you can find canned pumpkin any time of year?) The cinnamon in this drink has been linked to controlling blood sugar, which keeps you from craving refined carbs and sugar. And though the combination of cinnamon and vanilla extract make this smoothie taste like it's full of calories and sugar, it's completely skinny jeans-friendly.

1/2 cup ice
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of nutmeg

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
