Top ten most viewed new homes on Rightmove since the start of the year

To celebrate New Homes week, we thought we would list the top ten most viewed new homes on Rightmove since the start of the year and it appears the UK has expensive taste!

Rub shoulders with royalty in this eight bedroom new build mansion near to Ascot and Windsor. This awe-inspiring luxury home comes with a kitchen Gordon Ramsey would be proud of, a huge entrance hall and you know you’ve made it when your dressing rooms have their own balcony!

Next up is another eight bedroom palace, this time in leafy North London. Is it the indoor pool that leads out to the garden to become your outdoor pool, or the fact you can park your sports cars like batman which made this one of the post viewed properties in the UK?

If London is one of the most exciting cities in the world, this property has to be it’s most spectacular apartment. It really doesn’t get better than this 9000 sq ft five bedroom apartment with views of Hyde Park. It has ‘His and Her’ dressing rooms off the master bedroom, a breakfast room, a media room and the obligatory cinema, obviously.

Off to the country we go for the next piece of popular new build real estate. Our next property is a seven bedroom grand manor in the footballer’s choice spot of Cheshire. This spacious little house has an open plan kitchen leading to a day room, a lift to the first floor bedrooms, an art studio, gym, swimming pool and steam room.

This six bedroom new build home is built in a Georgian Style with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna and probably the best wine cellar in our list, it’s just gorgeous. It’s no wonder this property was one of the most viewed new build properties in Rightmove.

Next up is a fantastic four bedroom family home with lots of character and probably the cutest kid’s room we’ve seen. An open plan kitchen dining area with an impressive bay window made this charming property a real crowd pleaser.

The last property in our list of top ten most popular new build homes is something a little less family home and a bit more international spy. Art Deco inspired and located in one of the most sort after locations in London, Primrose Hill. This five bedroom house is split over four floors and has a private roof terrace, two double-height reception rooms and yes, there’s obviously an indoor pool too – it’s underneath the private courtyard parking. Pretty flash.
