Boogie Earns High Praise From All-Stars

DeMarcus Cousins’ second All-Star bid has been well-deserved, averaging 26.8 points, 11.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists 1.3 blocks and 1.3 steals – numbers that have only been achieved throughout the course of a season by four other players in history. DMC’s accolades this season have earned him the respect and admiration of several of the NBA’s best.

Andre Drummond
“I love Boogie’s game. He’s changed the game for bigs, he makes me better.”

Anthony Davis
“That’s like my big brother. We’re very close and he’s a great player on the court, of course.”

Isaiah Thomas
“Best big man in the world talent-wise. He’s still learning and still developing but he’s the most talented big man I’ve ever been around.”

John Wall
“I know how dominant he is. He’s a tough match-up and a great basketball player. He does so much on the court to dominate a game.”

Klay Thompson
“He’s had a great year, putting up ridiculous numbers. I mean, he almost had a 60-point game. Arguably the most talented big man in the game. He deserves to be there – he’s averaging 27 and 11 and has the Kings in playoff contention, so he’s having a real special year.”

Gregg Popovich
“He’s grown tremendously. He’s always been a good basketball player but he’s a smarter player now and his leadership is something he’s concentrated on - it’s made him a more complete person.”
