It seems like affordable drugstore brands and luxury purveyors alike are launching new formulas every day—and if you, like us, have a borderline alarming propensity for lip color hoarding, there are very few things as titillating as the possibility of finding a Holy Grail in a new, yet-to-blow-up lipstick. (Or liquid lipstick—unsurprisingly, they’re everywhere right now.)

Tarte Tarteist Lip Paint ($20)
Whether it’s a pastel lavender or a so-dark-it’s-almost-black burgundy you’re after, this vegan-friendly liquid lipstick offers impressively full coverage and a non-drying matte finish in a single swipe. There’s an accompanying lip liner for every shade too, if you’re really going for the full-on Kylie look.
