When you put them together? “Not only does it work your entire body, but it burns calories like nobody’s business,” says Men’s Health Australia Fitness Advisor Cam Byrnes.

You’ll nail your pecs, triceps, and traps on the pushup, your quads and glutes as you bring yourself back up to a standing position, your shoulders on the press, and your core the entire time, Byrnes says. You’ll also seriously jack up your heart rate.
