Step 1: Fold tissue paper & trim ends to desired petal shape Step 2: For the center of the flower, pictured here in yellow, cut the tissue paper in half and trim ends as desired Step 3: Layer the tissue paper and place the center of the flower in the middle Step 4: Fold accordion-style & Tie center tightly with string or ribbon Step 5: Separate first piece of tissue and pull it up towards the center.
