For the hosts of Super Secret, this news brought a flood of emotions. Of course, they were ecstatic and overwhelmed with joy. But they also had about a million questions to ask her.
Naturally, they thought viewers would too and so dragged Heather into Lost Tavern Brewing Company. They drank beer, she drank Sprite.
As the mom-to-be joins the ranks of Serena Williams and Lauren Fleshman, she has a wealth of knowledge to share with mother runners and non-moms as well.
