The Grundfos Holiday Booster Gift Card Promotion OFFICIAL RULES

PLEASE REVIEW THESE RULES CAREFULLY. DO NOT REGISTER OR PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. PROMOTION IS VOID OUTSIDE THE STATES LISTED BELOW, IN PUERTO RICO, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW

1. SPONSOR: Grundfos Pumps Corporation, located at 902 Koomey Rd, Brookshire, TX 77423 (Sponsor or Grundfos).
   
   
2. ELIGIBILITY: Grundfos' Holiday Booster Gift Card Promotion is valid for participants that meet all the following requirements:
   
   a. Professional installers/contractors
   b. G-Pro members
   c. Legal residents of the United States
   d. At least eighteen (18) years old on the date of entry and meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules (as defined below).
   
   By participating in this Promotion, the entrant (the Entrant) accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
   
   Employees of the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, advertising, sales promotion and all other service agencies involved with the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the promotion, and members of the immediate families (defined for these Official Rules as spouses, parents, children, siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or individuals living in the same household (whether related or not) of any of the above are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
   
   
3. PROMOTION PERIOD: This Promotion begins on November 1, 2022, at 12:00 A.M. (CT) and ends on December 31, 2022, at 11:59 P.M. (CT).
   
   
4. HOW TO ENTER: Entrants enter the Promotion by purchasing and paying for in full one (1) or more qualifying Grundfos products (as defined below) and completing the redemption process (the Redemption Process, as described below). Multiple submissions are allowed while supplies last.
   
   To complete the Redemption Process:
   
   a. You must be a member of the G-Pro Installer program to participate. If you are not a current member of G-Pro, you can download the Grundfos G-Pro app or sign-up at grundfos.to/gpro
   b. Submit proof of purchase under the booster promotion category on G-Pro.  Proof of purchase is a receipt that is dated between the Promotion Period. The scanned copy shall be of a good quality and legible, with name of a qualifying Grundfos product, date of purchase and a place of purchase clearly readable.
   c. The uploaded proof of purchase is considered a submission (Submission). Submissions must be received by the Sponsor by 5:00 P.M. (CT) on December 31, 2022.
   
   Submissions that are received after this date, or from ineligible person, that are incorrect or illegible, will not be accepted.
   
   By entering the Promotion, Entrant agrees that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify Entrants participation from this Promotion if Sponsor believes that Entrant failed to comply with these Official Rules. Personal data relating to Entrants will be retained by Sponsor for a reasonable period upon the conclusion of the Promotion Period to allow Sponsor to operate the Promotion and other promotional activities in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Promotion, as well as to send information about Sponsors and participating manufacturers products to Entrants. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries.
   
   
5. PROMOTION: By entering the Promotion, each Entrant: (i) agrees to be bound by these official rules (the Official Rules) and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; (ii) agrees that Sponsor shall own all right, title, and interest in and to the entries submitted to Sponsor; (iii) consents to the collection and use of their personal information for purposes such as identity verification, publicity, and the general promotion of this Promotion and Sponsors products or services; (iv) accepts the results of the Promotion as final in all matters relating to this Promotion; and (vi) acknowledges that the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion in its sole discretion.
   
   
6. QUALIFYING GRUNDFOS PRODUCTS: Qualifying Grundfos products include the following models: SCALA1, SCALA2, CMBE, CMBE Twin.
   
   
7. AWARD: For each qualifying Submission received by Sponsor, the Participant shall receive one (1) $25 digital Visa® eGift Card. The Award will be emailed to the address provided by the Participant. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time the Sponsor receives the entry form for delivery of the Award. The Participant shall be responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on the Award and for any other expenses associated with the Award not specifically described herein. The Award is non-transferrable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors sole discretion.
   
   
8. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY: By participating in this Promotion, each Entrant agrees that Sponsor and its affiliate companies, participating manufacturers, advertising and promotion agencies, any entities involved in the administration or advertisement of this Promotion and all of their agents, directors, officers, representatives, shareholders and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any claims arising from or related to the Promotion, and each Entrant, agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the foregoing parties harmless from and against, any claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to such Entrants participation in this Promotion. Entrant hereby waives any right to claim ambiguity in this Promotion or these Official Rules.
   
   
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor shall not be responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of this Promotion, or in the announcement of any winner or prize awards. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, or incomplete entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other malfunctions and/or entries not received that result from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost, failed, or unavailable network connections, garbled, faulty, or incomplete computer transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, or for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or entries not received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or any websites, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrants or any other persons computer or mobile device(s) related to or resulting from entering this Promotion or downloading any material or applications for this Promotion, or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit a Entrants ability to participate.
   
   
10. PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this Promotion, Entrant grants permission to Sponsor and its affiliates to collect and use the information you provide for the purpose of administering this Promotion, fulfilling Awards, and for all other purposes set forth in these Official Rules. Information collected is subject to Sponsors privacy policy available at [https://www.grundfos.com/us/legal/privacy] and that of the Sponsors sales representatives and participating manufacturers. In the event of a conflict between Sponsors privacy policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.
    
    
11. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE: These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, irrespective of any conflicts of law or choice of law considerations.
    
    ANY CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION MUST BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IN THE STATE OF KANSAS.
    
    EACH ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY SUBMITS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SUCH CLAIM, ACT, OR PROCEEDING.
    
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST SPONSOR FOR IMPROPER VENUE FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION BROUGHT OR FILED IN SUCH COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION AS AN INCONVENIENT OR IMPROPER FORUM.
    
    If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce these Official Rules, Sponsor will be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and any other relief to which Sponsor may be entitled to at law or in equity.
