Runners of the London Marathon on April 23 should work on their royal waves. In a video posted on the official Kensington Palace Twitter, Prince Harry announced that he and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge—William and Kate Middleton—plan to cheer on the 39,000 runners on behalf of their mental health initiative, Heads Together.

“We know that some of you will be running for incredible charities because you’ve been directly affected by life-changing issues,” Harry said in the video. “You’ll recognize the emotional impact these can have, and how talking about it openly can help.”

Heads Together, which is the official charity of the marathon this year, aims to end the stigma around mental health by partnering with organizations that provide access to therapeutic and emotional support throughout the U.K. In an effort to spread the word, every runner will receive a Heads Together headband in his or her race swag bag.
