One guy started a hilarious trend on Twitter after he posted a screenshot of a conversation between himself and his girlfriend where he said he wrote her a poem and sent her the show's song lyrics instead. She loved it.
It didn't stop there. Mike Recine's success prompted some other dudes to try it out on their girlfriends.
As you can see, there was a shockingly positive success rate. There were, however, a fair number of ladies who weren't fooled by their boyfriend's sudden artistic revelation.
