Here’s how it works: Set a clock for two minutes. Do two bear crawls, two bear rows, and one donkey kick. Repeat (if you can) until the clock hits zero. That may sound a little ridiculous, but watch the video to see how it’s done, and then try it. You won’t be laughing.

And since you’re flowing seamlessly between movements, you never get to rest. So every muscle is switched on, from start to finish.

Do it at the beginning of your workout to set the tone, or add it to the end as a powerhouse finisher. 

If you can’t make it the full 2 minutes, stop when your form starts to break, and then mark down your time. The next time you attempt the complex, try to beat your time.
