How to do it: Start a timer. Jump on two legs for 10 rotations, on your left leg for 10 rotations, and then on your right leg for 10 rotations. Immediately repeat the process, but only perform 9 rotations each time. Continue decreasing the number of rotations by 1 rep each round until you work your way down to 1 rotation.

Record your time and try to beat it the next time you perform the workout.
