Kim Kardashian West just shared the first full, unfiltered look at her third child, Chicago West, in a surprise Saturday morning Instagram. Chi's very cute and all smiles for the (phone) camera:

Chicago at this point is two months old. She was born via surrogate on January 15, a couple weeks before Kylie Jenner's daughter Stormi Webster. Kardashian first shared a photo of Chi two weeks ago, on February 26:
It's really incredible how much Chicago's grown since footage of her first surfaced in Kylie Jenner's pregnancy announcement video.
When Chicago was born, Kardashian confirmed her birth with this announcement on her blog: "Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl," Kardashian wrote. "We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister."
