It’s hot. And when it’s hot, you usually make stupid decisions. Like thinking that a slip-n-slide built for kids will work just as well for adults. Or eating an entire tub of ice cream studded with cookie dough and brownie chunks and caramel and animal crackers.

Look, you can treat yourself. Just be smart about it. Make these popsicles. They’re built from Greek yogurt, pre-portioned, delicious, refreshing, and they contain fruit, not candy.

Frozen Greek Yogurt Fresh Fruit Bars

What you’ll need:
2 cups fresh blackberries, blueberries, raspberries (or a mix of all three)
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ cup water
1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (2%)

How to make it:
1. In a large bowl, combine the berries, honey, lemon juice, water, and Greek yogurt. Using the back of a spatula, lightly mash the berries to release their juices and stir until well combined.
2. Fill a popsicle mold with the yogurt mixture according to instructions. Freeze until the fruit bar is firm, 3 to 4 hours (or depending on instructions). Makes 6 popsicles.
