When you see the word “unconventional” next to “arm workout,” there’s a pretty good chance it’s a lame routine that won’t deliver results.

But that’s not the case with this biceps and triceps circuit from Men’s Health Fitness Director B.J. Gaddour. It is indeed unconventional, but give it a shot, and you’ll find it’s far from lame.  

You can see how to do it in the video above. And we have to say: If the vein that’s popping out of Gaddour’s biceps doesn’t inspire confidence in this workout, we’re not sure what will.

It makes sense to do a test run or two with lighter weights first, of course. But once you find the right load, go ahead and let your arms have it.
