Missing Escambia County woman found in Century

(WEAR) — An Escambia County woman that has been missing since last Saturday has been found in Century.

A silver alert was issued on Sunday after 83-year-old Shirley Cooey hadn't been seen by her family in over a day.

According to Cooey's granddaughter, Mandy, Cooey is severely dehydrated and being taken to Jay Hospital for treatment.
