When it comes to bodyweight training, there’s an endless list of pros: You can do it anywhere, it’s easy on your joints, it’s full of variety, and it strengthens your core without loading your spine, just to name a few.

But there’s one major downfall: It’s difficult to work your back without a pullup bar or weights.
