How to Register

As a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma member, your Blue Access for MembersSM (BAMSM) account puts important health plan information at your fingertips.

Once you set up your account, you'll be able to:

  • Check claim status and history
  • Find a doctor or hospital in-network
  • Tell us how you want to get updates (email or SMS text messages)
  • Review your billing and payment history
  • Read helpful tips and wellness articles
  • Connect with a Customer Advocate with questions

Here's what you need to get started:

  • A valid email address to confirm your registration
  • Your home ZIP code (which must match the mailing address we have for you)
  • The member ID number on your ID card and welcome letter
  • Group number listed on your member ID card (if you are in a group plan)

You can register on our website in just a few steps.

  1. First, review the Terms of Use. If you agree to these terms, check the box indicating you agree. Then click I Accept.
  2. On the Login page, choose Create an Account.
  3. On the next page, you will be asked to enter your name, date of birth, and the member ID number listed on your BCBSOK member ID card.
  4. The next page will ask for your email address and allow you to set up your Username and Password.
    • Your Username must be at least 8 characters and include only letters and numbers.

    • Your password must have at least 8 characters and include an uppercase and lowercase letter, a number and a special character.

  5. After you’ve completed this section, click Create Login to go to the Email Confirmation page. Look for an email confirming your new account.

Once you get it, you’ll be asked to return to the Login page to log in using your new Username and password. Register today so you can have easy access to your benefits, all in one place.

Once you are registered, you can also use the BCBSOK app to check your account.
