Runners rejoice! Your dream breakfast item is finally here.

One part carb-y goodness, one part jolt, the caffeinated bagel is the pre-race delicacy you’ve been asking for.

You’ve been asking for this right?

Well, regardless, Einstein Bros. bagel company recently released its latest flavor: The Espresso Buzz Bagel infused with 32 mg of caffeine, 13 grams of protein, and, of course, carbs. It comes in plain and—wait for it—bacon.

The bagel is the brainchild of Kerry Coyne, senior vice president and head of marketing and research and development at Einstein Bros. Coyne told Fox News by email she was inspired by millennials’ interest in craft coffee and wanted to create a product that had the “same premium, hand-crafted sensory experience with the beloved category hero of espresso in our best-in-class, fresh-baked bagel.”

The bagel’s caffeine is sourced from espresso and coffee-cherry flour. Unfortunately, for caffeine fiends, a typical cup of coffee has 92 mg of caffeine, meaning you’d need to consume three bagels for that same buzz.

A note on the company’s website warns consumers that drinking a caffeinated beverage (like coffee!) will result in higher levels of caffeine consumption.

Whether that’s good or bad is up to you.
