Barbecue Hot Wings: Bake chicken wings as directed. Heat barbecue sauce with 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon each celery seed and hot pepper sauce; toss with cooked wings.
Orange-Soy Chicken Wings: Marinate chicken overnight with 3/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Drain, discarding marinade. Bake as directed in a foil-lined pan, turning occasionally.
Peachy Chicken Wings: Marinate chicken overnight with 1/3 cup each soy sauce and peach preserves, 5 teaspoons lemon juice and 3/4 teaspoon each ground ginger and minced garlic. Transfer chicken mixture to baking dish and bake as directed.
Whole Chicken Wings
Uncooked chicken wing sections (wingettes) may be substituted for whole chicken wings.
