Webcast Description:

Clients, communities and companies are being subjected to 3G forces in today's world - seismic changes in global, generational and gender composition. The US will be a majority-minority country soon, millennials are the largest working generation today, and women exceed men in the workforce already. In this environment, staying competitive and winning the war for clients and talent will require different, more inclusive strategies than in the past to attract and recruit diverse talent, especially when they are in demand and being courted by the competition. This course will provide strategies on how to attract and recruit a talented diverse pool of candidates, by leveraging an in-depth knowledge of how diverse constituencies think and behave differently.
Learning Objectives:
  • Offer next practices in terms of attraction and recruitment of diverse constituencies based on cultural norms
  • Leave with a toolkit of competencies in the development of a diverse talent attraction strategy and a strong employment brand for diverse constituencies
  • Enhance existing diverse recruitment criteria and processes, including out-of-the-box approaches to partner with universities and colleges, and sourcing at conventions and associations
  • Assist in setting legally acceptable diverse recruiting goals and tools on how to measure the success of these goals without "lowering the bar"
