You don’t need to spend an hour doing yoga every morning to improve your mobility. A simple 30-second morning stretch will warm up your muscles and lubricate your joints, says Men’s Health Fitness Director BJ Gaddour, C.S.C.S.

Gaddour’s morning mobility drill demonstrated in the video above will stretch your upper back and open up your hips and shoulders—areas that get tight if you spend a lot of time sitting.
