Kneeling overhand alternating press: Not only is this press a great shoulder workout, it's awesome for increasing your stability. When you alternate the press, you're challenging each side of your body's balance individually. To take things a step further, by performing the press on your knees rather than your feet, your core has to work extra hard to keep this move in perfect form.
