Here’s a quick, fat-burning HIIT circuit you can do anywhere. 

All you need is a miniband, 5 minutes, and enough space around you to do a pushup.

This simple workout, demonstrated in the video above by Men’s Health Fitness Director BJ Gaddour, C.S.C.S., is made up of just two moves: the miniband jumping jack and the miniband plank jack.

Adding the miniband forces your hips to work harder in both exercises, Gaddour says. The result: more bang for your buck than you’d get from regular jacks.

Directions: 
Do 20 seconds of miniband jumping jacks. Rest 10 seconds. 

Do 20 seconds of miniband plank jacks. Rest 10 seconds. 

That’s 1 round. Do 5 rounds.

You can repeat multiple times for a longer cardio workout or plug either of the moves into a circuit as a cardio or core exercise, Gaddour says.
