Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ promotional subscription FAQs

The Disney Bundle* is the "Something for Everyone" streaming solution from The Walt Disney Company. With the Disney Bundle, you get access to thousands of movies, hit series and exclusive sports.

The Disney Bundle is:

• Disney+ Premium (No Ads): The best stories in the world from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and more. All ad-free.
• Hulu (With Ads): Huge streaming TV library of current hits, full seasons, movies, FX on Hulu and groundbreaking Originals.
• ESPN+ (With Ads): Get closer to the sports you love with exclusive access to thousands of live and archive events, replays, ESPN+ originals and the complete 30 for 30 library. Plus, premium articles and fantasy tools included with your subscription.**

*Access each service separately with the Disney Bundle subscription. Taxes apply. Subject to the Disney Bundle Terms and Conditions.

**An ESPN+ subscription does not give you access to stream ESPN’s traditional TV networks or the content on them. To stream those networks, you need a television subscription through a cable, satellite or digital provider.

No. Only 1 Disney Bundle on us promotional offer is available per account.

Yes. If you already have a Disney+ Premium (No Ads) subscription through Verizon ($13.99), you can upgrade the line with Disney+ to the Disney Bundle for $5/month for the duration of your original Disney+ Premium (No Ads) promotion.

If you choose the upgrade:

• During your original Disney+ Premium (No Ads) promotional period, you're charged an additional $5/month for the Disney Bundle.
• When the original Disney+ Premium (No Ads) promotional period ends, you'll be charged the full $18.99/month bundle pricing.

Exceptions:

• If you're an annual or multi-year Disney+ Premium (No Ads) subscriber, your existing subscription that was paused during the Disney Bundle offer will resume when the promotional period ends, when you opt out of the promotional offer, or if you cancel your qualifying plan or service.
• If you're in New Mexico and switch to a non-qualifying plan, the Disney Bundle subscription automatically cancels.

You can visit the Services & Perks page in My Verizon to see when your Disney+ Premium (No Ads) promotion ends.

You may need to take additional action to complete the account set up for one or more services included in the offer. Learn more about how this Verizon subscription will affect your existing subscription by reviewing the answers below.

If you have an existing subscription to the Disney Bundle billed by Disney, this Verizon subscription will immediately replace any portions of your existing subscription that are billed directly through Disney.

If any part of your subscription to the Disney Bundle is through a third party like Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku or others this promotional offer will not automatically replace that subscription. After you enroll and complete the account setup, you will be sent an email with information about how to manage your existing subscription. You will continue to be billed for your existing subscription to the Disney Bundle until you follow the instructions in the email.

If you are billed for your subscription to the Disney Bundle through Hulu, this promotional offer will not automatically replace that subscription. After you enroll and complete account setup of all three services, your Hulu account will show a $18.99/month credit (or an amount equal to the then-current retail price of the Disney Bundle), for as long as you maintain an eligible subscription to the Disney Bundle through Verizon. Unless otherwise directed, note that in order to receive any credit, existing subscribers must complete Hulu account setup through the link provided by Disney+.

If you have an existing Disney+ subscription billed by Disney, your existing Disney+ subscription will be paused and will resume through Disney when your Verizon subscription ends. To have your subscription paused, you must use the same email when activating your Verizon subscription that you used to purchase your original Disney+ subscription.

If you have an existing Disney+ subscription billed by a third party like Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku or others, this promotional offer will not automatically replace that subscription. After you enroll and complete the account setup, you will be sent an email with information about how to manage your existing subscription. You will continue to be billed for your existing Disney+ subscription until you follow the instructions in the email.

If you have an ESPN+ (With Ads) subscription billed directly by ESPN, your ESPN+ subscription will be paused and will resume through ESPN when your Verizon subscription ends. To have your subscription paused, you must use the same email when activating your Verizon subscription that you used to purchase your original ESPN+ subscription.

If you have an existing ESPN+ (With Ads) subscription billed by a third party like Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku or others this promotional offer will not automatically replace that subscription. After you enroll and complete the account setup, you will be sent an email with information about how to manage your existing subscription. You will continue to be billed for your existing ESPN+ subscription until you follow the instructions in the email.

If you have an existing ESPN+ (With Ads) subscription billed by Hulu or one of its third party partners, you will need to manage your Hulu-billed or third party partner-billed ESPN+ (With Ads) subscription in order to complete Hulu account setup as part of this promotional offer; you will continue to be billed for your existing ESPN+ (With Ads) subscription until you manage your account.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for subscription fees already paid to Hulu (With Ads).

If you have a Hulu (With Ads) or Hulu (No Ads) subscription billed directly by Hulu, this promotional offer will not automatically replace that subscription. After successfully enrolling and completing account setup of all three Disney Bundle services, existing Hulu (With Ads) and Hulu (No Ads) subscribers will see a $7.99/month credit (or an amount equal to the then-current retail price of Hulu’s (With Ads plan), for as long as they maintain an eligible subscription through Verizon. Unless otherwise directed, note that in order to receive any credit, existing subscribers must complete Hulu account setup through the link provided by Disney+.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for subscription fees already paid to Hulu (With Ads). By completing Hulu (With Ads) account setup, you will lose any free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing associated with your existing Hulu (With Ads) subscription.

If you have an existing subscription to one of Hulu’s Live TV plans and are billed directly by Hulu, you will need to cancel or change your subscription to the Hulu (With Ads) or Hulu (No Ads) plan in order to complete Hulu account setup.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for subscription fees already paid to Hulu. By completing Hulu account setup, you will lose any free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing associated with your existing Hulu subscription.

If you have an existing Hulu annual plan subscription, you will need to cancel that subscription in order to complete Hulu account setup. Once you cancel, you can resubscribe to a monthly Hulu plan (With Ads) or (No Ads) and then complete account set up. By canceling, you will forfeit the remainder of your annual subscription period.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for subscription fees already paid to Hulu. By completing Hulu account setup, you will lose any free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing associated with your existing Hulu subscription.

If you have an existing Hulu subscription billed by a third party, you will need to manage your account and wait until the end of your billing period in order to complete Hulu account setup. You will continue to be billed for your existing Hulu subscription until you manage your account.

If you had the Disney Bundle through Hulu or have already subscribed to Hulu (with Ads) and used the same email address you use for Hulu for the Disney Bundle, you can sign up for Hulu services & perks at any time through hulu.com/account or via Hulu Customer Service. Your Hulu bill will be credited for the Disney Bundle or Hulu subscription, depending on the service to which you previously subscribed.

If you purchased the Disney Bundle through Disney or have already taken the Disney Bundle included in your plan, follow these steps to add Hulu (With Ads) to your bundle:

• Cancel the Disney Bundle:
  1. Go to Services & perks in My Verizon
  2. Scroll to Manage My Services & perks
  3. Click Cancel Manage in the Disney+ tile
     
     Note: If you have the Disney Bundle included in your plan you will be able to re-enroll in the bundle at a later step in this process. If you have the Disney+ Premium (No Ads) promotion you will not be able to re-enroll and receive the rest of your 6-months free.
• Sign up for Hulu (With Ads):
  1. Visit Hulu's sign-up page
  2. Select sign up now
  3. Create your account and purchase your subscription (use the same email address you are using for your Disney Bundle through Verizon)
• Re-enroll in the Disney Bundle included in your plan:
  1. Go to Services & perks in My Verizon
  2. Click View all Services
     
  3. Click Disney Bundle
  4. Choose Get it now and follow the prompts.
  5. Sign in to your account and activate the Hulu subscription.

No. You can’t upgrade to Hulu + Live TV if you subscribe to the Disney Bundle through Verizon.

You can enroll in the Disney Bundle promotional subscription through your Service & Perks page if you’re the Account Owner or Account Manager and you have a plan that's eligible for either:

• Disney Bundle
• Disney+ promotion (you can upgrade to the Disney Bundle subscription).

To set up your Hulu (With Ads) account, you can either:

• Tap Activate Hulu (With Ads) during the Disney Bundle enrollment process.
• Disney will send you a reminder to activate your Hulu subscription. When you get the email, follow its instructions to activate.

Note: If you don’t get an email, you can activate Hulu (With Ads) by accessing your Disney+ Manage Account page through your desktop browser. (This option isn’t available through your mobile device.)

After activation, if you are:

• An existing Hulu subscriber - Log in to Hulu using your existing Hulu email and password.
• A new Hulu subscriber - Set up your account by entering your email and creating a password. You can use the same Disney password or it can be different.
  
  

If you have any of these Hulu subscriptions, you’ll see the credits you’ll get while The Disney Bundle through Verizon is active:

• Existing Hulu-billed subscription (ad-supported or no ads)
• Hulu billed the Disney Bundle subscription (ad-supported or no ad)
• Hulu with Ads Promo Offer

Follow the prompts to manage those subscriptions.

To check that you’re signed up:

1. Sign in to your Disney+ account through the Disney+ website or the Disney+ app.
2. Tap the Profile icon (bottom right-hand corner).
3. Tap Account. Under Subscription you'll see "Verizon subscription."

When your promotional period is over, if you got the Disney Bundle:

• Included with your eligible Unlimited plan, you keep the Disney Bundle as long as you keep your eligible plan.
• As an upgrade from Verizon Disney+ Premium (No Ads) promotion: When your original Disney+ Premium (No Ads) promotion period ends you'll be billed the full $18.99 bundle subscription pricing. We'll let you know when your promotion period is ending.

If you're in New Mexico, your promotional subscription ends automatically after the promotional period.

If you cancel or change your qualifying Verizon plan, then going forward you'll no longer get the Disney Bundle for free. The Disney Bundle becomes a paid subscription ($18.99/month).

Exceptions:

• If you're an annual or multi-year Disney+ Premium (No Ads) subscriber, your existing subscription that was paused during the Disney Bundle offer will resume when you cancel your qualifying plan or service.
• If you're in New Mexico and switch to a non-qualifying plan, the Disney Bundle subscription automatically cancels.

You can cancel the Disney Bundle on us promotional subscription any time in My Verizon:

Go to Services & Perks, scroll to Manage My Services & Perks  and click Manage in the Disney+ tile, then Cancel my subscription.

Keep in mind, this is a 1-time per account offer only. When you cancel the Disney Bundle on us promotional subscription through Verizon it can't be added again.

If you cancel your Verizon service, the Disney Bundle on us promotional subscription is canceled.

Exceptions:

• If you're an annual or multi-year Disney+ subscriber, your existing subscription that was paused during the Disney+ offer will resume when you cancel your Verizon service.
• If you were an existing Hulu subscriber when you signed up for the Disney Bundle through Verizon, you will continue to be billed for your existing subscription through Hulu.

If you suspend your service the Disney Bundle on us promotional subscription is also suspended and resumes when your service is restored.

You can access Disney+ Premium (No Ads), Hulu (With Ads) and ESPN+ (With Ads) movies and TV series on devices including personal computers, mobile phones and tablets and connected TV devices.

You need to activate your subscription before you can access Disney+ Premium (No Ads), Hulu (With Ads) and ESPN+ (With Ads). When your account is set up, you can access streaming content by:

• Supported devices - Downloading the apps for Disney+ Premium (No Ads), Hulu (With Ads) and ESPN+ (With Ads).*
• Desktop computers - Signing into your Disney+ account on a web browser. From here, choose Account in the top right, then My Services. Access Hulu (With Ads) or ESPN+ (With Ads) by choosing Stream Now.
• Signing into your accounts on a web browser:
  • Disney+ Premium (No Ads)
  • Hulu (With Ads)
  • ESPN+ (With Ads)

*At this time, content from one app cannot be played on the other apps (e.g., you can watch Disney+ shows on the Disney+ app, but not on the ESPN+ (With Ads) app).

When you’re streaming with:

• Disney+ Premium (No Ads) - 4 devices can stream at the same time.
• Hulu (With Ads) - 2 devices can stream at the same time.
• ESPN+ (With Ads) - 3 devices can stream content at the same time. For Pay Per View (PPV) events, 2 devices can stream at the same time.

• My Verizon app: From the top menu, choose Account, then services & perks. Scroll to the Disney Bundle then tap Manage. Your reference number is under "Important Information."
• My Verizon website: From the top menu, choose Plan, then Services & Perks. Choose Manage Your Products then the Disney Bundle to see your reference number.
