Mechanics
1. Samsung to dedicate one day a month to exclusive mobile service promos in participating Samsung Authorized Service Centers. The exact date will be announced 1-2 weeks ahead on Samsung’s official social media channels, Samsung Members app, and/or email as applicable.
2. Customers who will join the promo are entitled to the following:

3. Customers who wish to avail of the promo are required to pre-book a service appointment through the Samsung Members app (https://www.samsung.com/ph/apps/samsung-members/) and show the Samsung Members app to the customer service representative upon visit to service center. Only 24 customers per service center will be accommodated for the promo each service day, but more can be accommodated upon discretion of Samsung. Walk-in customers will not be able to avail of the promo parts discount and free labor fee but will be entitled to those listed under ‘Other mobile services’ and the mobile accessories.
4. The discounts will be applied on the final repair bill of the customer.
5. After availing of repair service, customers will receive an event freebie as thank you token for joining the service day.
6. In the event that community quarantine measures affect physical service center operations, Samsung reserves the right to use their Door-to-Door (D2D) repair service** as a channel for customers to avail of the Right Care Day promo. Samsung will announce to the public if they will use D2D in lieu of the service center Right Care Day appointments should Samsung chooses to do so.
7. Similarly, Samsung may opt to use the Mobile Service Caravan*** as an additional channel for promoting the Right Care Day promos. Samsung will announce should it chooses to do so.
*Walk-in customers can avail of these promos
**Door-to-door service – service center representative will pick-up the unit at the customer’s preferred location and deliver it back again to the same address after repair. Customer still needs to pre-book their D2D appointment via Samsung Contact Center to secure their slot (subject to confirmation of D2D availability). Pre-booking instructions will be announced by Samsung via its social media channels, website, and Samsung Members app. (Contact center: #GALAXY [#425299]; (02) 8-422-2177 [Standard Landline];). D2D is available in NCR, Laguna, and Cavite only. Once booked, customers will have to present their activated Samsung Members account to the customer service representative who will pick up their device to avail of the Right Care Day discounts.
***Mobile Service Caravan – an on-the-go repair service van that goes around different locations to serve Samsung mobile customers. Use of this service for the Right Care Day promo is in Samsung’s sole discretion.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Availment of service day offers will only apply to pre-booked customers. Walk-ins will not be able to avail of the discounts, but can avail of the accessories discount and other free mobile services to be offered by Samsung during the Right Care Day. In the event that the customer cannot access his/her Samsung Members app because their Galaxy device with the app is the unit for repair, customer can pre-book via At Your Service (https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/your-service/). However, customer MUST activate their Samsung Members app upon receipt of repaired device to be able to avail of the discounted repair bill. NO Samsung Members, NO discount.
2. If customer does not show up on the appointment schedule, their slot will automatically be forfeited and they will be unable to redeem the service day promo.
3. The service day offers cannot be availed on top of other ongoing promos, unless Samsung dictates so.
4. Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem the promo offers due to factors beyond Samsung’s control.
5. Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption of the service day offers when if Samsung believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. For authorized representatives who will avail of the service day promos in behalf of the Galaxy owner who booked the appointment, he/she must present an authorization letter from the customer with a copy of his/her valid ID and a copy of the authorized representative’s valid ID.
