You won’t believe how sweet and spicy these pops are. They’re best after a backyard barbecue, a light dessert that will keep your mouth buzzing. It's a delightful contrast of flavors that will have your guests reaching for more. The best part is they require just 4 ingredients, and you can assemble them while getting everything else ready to give them enough time to freeze until they're solid. All you have to do is first blend the pineapple, agave nectar, and lime juice together until smooth. Add the canned chipotle peppers and pulse again to incorporate that sweet, spicy heat. Stick in the freezer and you're done!

Ingredients

Pineapple

1 pound(s), frozen unsweetened chunks, thawed

Agave nectar

3 Tbsp

Fresh lime juice

1 Tbsp

Canned chipotle pepper

½ tsp, minced

Instructions

  1. Put pineapple (and any of its juice), agave nectar and lime juice in the canister of a large blender; cover and blend until smooth, stopping machine to scrape ingredients off sides of canister at least once. Add chipotle chiles; cover blender and pulse several times until well blended (but not pureed).
  2. Divide mixture among six 1/3 c popsicle molds; freeze until solid.
  3. Serve size: 1 popsicle
