@thorgoldsmith Your request is a valid and good one, but would like you to consider trying another avenue: Shut off ALL prompts and lights on your base, and place in a non descript location and put something like a picture frame or plant in front of

I know the key fob battery cannot be replaced, meaning the entire key fob must be replaced when the battery dies. My question: When my key fob battery eventually goes dead, is the replacement key fob covered under the lifetime equipment guarantee that I get through the monthly monitoring service?

@PrairieDweller If you have a warranty for other components of your SS3 system, then yes, your key fob is covered too. Non replicable battery design is an issue, luckily not yours, it is for SS. Call tech support and they will replace it at nc.

Hello, I just installed a new SimpliSafe system, but now I am thinking I will move one of the components, and do not have replacement adhesive. I thought it might come with some replacements? My system did not. I actually need a replacement adhesive for the keypad. I am pretty sure I can buy thes

Unreliable entry sensors that then cause the base station alarm to trigger at random times throughout the day is not a welcoming product. Then the fact that not everything can be resolved over the app as to frustration on top of that all the work with customer service has to be done by The homeowner

@stephenmarckennedysimplisafe Your post's message is clear but a bit short on details on the issues you ran into and the amount of time expended to resolve it. That aside, while your question is a valid one, it does take two parties to answer it: you

We've been a long time customer (since 2014) and have had very little problems with the system. Support has always been very helpful for these 11 past years and there has been little issues with the system. Looking forward to another 11.

@craig7327 Greetings from this side of the pond, from Chicagoland!
